U.S. Hassle-Free Returns
You may return some item(s) within 60 days from when the order was purchase. Use our return label to postmark your first return within 40 days from the purchase date, we’ll cover the cost of your return shipping but please confirm you pay the return insurance firstly! If you did not purchase the return insurance, a $6.99 fee will be deducted per return package, and Free return only valid for the first package within 1kg. otherwise, we have the right to refuse the Application, or you can return by using your local post office at your cost.
1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us at email firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Choose USPS Retail Ground Postal service, Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund （products fee+ return shipping cost） to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
Please make sure the products unused before you sending back and inform us the following information via Email (email@example.com)：
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
We do not offer Freight To Express service like UPS,fedex or DHL for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Exchange is accept, but need to pay for the resending shipping fee.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned package.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
